Conation Technologies was co-founded in May 2012 by technocrats having vast experience in understanding, manufacturing and marketing of metallurgical and Cleanliness testing solutions, Microscopes, and development of Image analysis software for metallurgy, particle analysis and other applications.

Company spent more than 1 year on the research and development of these products before launching them.

Company started with supplying Microscopes and Image Analyzers. Within a very short span of one year these products were appreciated by many OEMs, Multinational companies, research establishments and premier technical institutes. In-house developed Image Analyzer has many unique features which were seen first time in an Indian product. Till now company has successfully supplied and installed more than 300 units across the country.

As a forward integration, Motorized stages for Stereozooms, Metallurgical Microscopes and Particle analyzer were developed completely in-house and successfully tested. There are more than 50 happy and satisfied customers are using these motorized stage systems with compatible fully automated image analyzer.

A manufacturing unit was started in October 2013 for the manufacturing of metallurgical testing machines. Within 6 months, unit started rolling our manual and automatic versions of abrasive cutting machines, diamond sectioning machine, specimen mounting machine and grinding/polishing machine. Manufacturing Unit got SSI certification in March 2014.

Company has also started building special purpose machines for which company has hired a dedicated advanced manufacturing set up for critical machining, development and manufacturing of these SPM’s. Few critical projects have already been installed and commissioned.

Recently company has completed few projects successfully in machine vision as well which has completely been developed in-house.
